Our expertise

Dr. Balcázar has been working as a KfW energy efficiency consultant since 2008 and has been involved in the ‘Energy Consulting for Non-Residential Buildings’ programme since 2015 as BAFA consultant registered. Likewise, Mr Weyler available as a consultant specifically for households on energy issues.

To this end, we analyse energy consumption both at company level and in detail for individual areas by reviewing the consumption of frequently used devices.

With our standardised method, we offer you expert, comprehensive advice that enables you to reduce your energy consumption for electricity and gas. We also identify potential savings in lighting, compressed air, machinery, heating and/or ventilation (with or without cooling).

Funding through the BAFA programme

If your business can be classified as an SME in the commercial sector or as a member of the liberal professions with its registered office and business operations in Germany, you can receive financial support for conducting a voluntary energy audit in accordance with DIN 16247 through the BAFA programme ‘Federal funding for energy consulting for non-residential buildings, facilities and systems – Module 1’:

For companies with annual energy costs exceeding £8,500 (net): 50 per cent of eligible expenditure (net consultancy fees), up to a maximum of €3,000.
For companies with annual energy costs of up to €10,000 (net): 50 per cent of eligible expenses (net consultancy fees), up to a maximum of €600.

Our goal is to advise you on how to reduce costs and energy consumption in your company. To date, we have supported more than 100 companies from various industries, including manufacturing, services, healthcare (retirement homes) and tourism (hotels).

e would also be happy to advise you on BAFA subsidies for the purchase or replacement of equipment and cross-sectional technologies (pumps, compressed air, heat recovery and waste heat utilisation measures, etc.) or for the optimisation of technical systems.
